Abernathy East

Dating back to 1880 with additions in 1890, 1900 and 1905, Abernathy is diverse in structure and ornamentation with original wood timbers, decorative arched windows, interior light courts, and blackened luxury vinyl tile flooring. Kitchens feature gloss white cabinets, quartz countertops and white subway tile against existing painted brick.  Some units also have tin ceilings with arched windows.

Abernathy West

Abernathy West seamlessly blends historic charm with contemporary design elements. Original wooden timbers and robust aged brick, illuminated by interior light courts, preserve the authentic influences of the West Bottoms. Thoughtfully-designed kitchens feature pristine white cabinetry, sleek quartz countertops, and timeless white subway tile. Select units showcase dramatic tin ceilings and arched windows, bathing spaces in natural light and highlighting the architecture.

Liberty

Built in 1900, this turn of the century building has unique features only found in historic structures. High windows and elevated living rooms let in the sun and reflect onto reclaimed wood. Liberty units have warm grey quartz countertops, grey subway tile backsplash and grey luxury vinyl tile for a concrete look to complement the painted brick for a dramatic but comfortable vibe.

Wyoming

Built in 1904 with an addition in 1910, Wyoming is a sturdy concrete building with large windows, plentiful open spaces, and lots of light. Units will feature whitewashed wood, grey quartz countertops and pristine kitchens, alongside thoughtful details such as penny round tile in the bathrooms. Each upgrade complements the authenticity of the building, folding in existing concrete floors and textural painted brick walls for a modern look.
